Margene and Bob Buckhave are transforming the former Michigan Gift Mart building in downtown Northville into a buzz-worthy retail concept. The site on Main Street now boasts huge windows, skylights and ceramic floors designed to house a unique mix of boutiques, restaurants and office tenants. Impressive, yes.
